Graduation events set in Randolph County Moberly Monitor-Index School districts within Randolph County are looking to celebrate graduation ceremonies for the Class of 2021 within the next couple of weeks. Westran High School in Huntsville and Northeast R-IV School at Cairo will start the celebrations first among the county's four high schools as they both are scheduled to have a 2 p.m. graduation Sunday, May 16.
