Dec 16, 2020 LISBON — Jesse S. McVey, 20, Center Avenue, Lisbon, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to burglary, a second-degree felony, and grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. He faces up to $20,000 in fines and a nine and a half-year prison term. Sentencing is set for March 5. McVey had broken into a property owned by Kathy Laughlin and Michael Beverly, state Route 164, Lisbon, and took Michael Beverly’s 1999 Ford F250 pickup. William R.
