2nd arrest made as police investigate death of former Umatac mayor
Police have not yet indicated how the former mayor was killed. Joyner Scott Sked, 32, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. Sunday. Court documents in a previous family violence case indicate she is the girlfriend of Rudy Fergurgur Quinata, 59, the first suspect who was arrested at 6:46 a.m. Sunday morning in the death of the former mayor.
