Authorities in Kota, Rajasthan have requested coaching institutes to suspend routine tests for students preparing for competitive exams such as NEET and JEE for the next two months. This decision comes after a series of suicides by aspirants. So far in 2023, 22 students have taken their lives, the highest recorded in any year.
