MOUNDSVILLE — A woman is suing Walmart after she fell and was injured while on the store's property. Frances Donahue was at the Walmart store in Moundsville on Sept. 23 and was visiting the hair salon inside the store when she leaned against the accordion-style doors while she was waiting to get her hair done and the doors collapsed, causing her to fall to the floor and suffer injuries, according to a complaint filed in Marshall Circuit Court. Via Chamber Chatter, the weekly newsletter of the Chamber of Commerce, the dates of seven events which the Chamber will hopefully be able to sponsor were announced.
