Said, if that's what the court says, then we're going to follow what the court says. now, a lot of people said that they should have appealed. this is a majority republican body of supervisors, by the way. they're not democrats. they decided not to appeal. the threat might have been if they got to a higher court and the higher court ruled that the subpoenas were valid, that could have set precedent across this state for this to happen every election. so perhaps that's why they didn't appeal, but we -- they just wanted to go along with what the court said. >> interesting. jen, thanks again for ...
