Article - 144 Room Scandic Go Hotel to Open 2025 in Oulu, Finland - Scandic has signed a long-term lease agreement with property developer SRV for a new 144-room Scandic Go in Oulu, Finland. The hotel will be centrally located in northern Finland's largest city and is expected to open during the second half of 2025.

Scandic has signed a long-term, revenue-based lease agreement with landlord Pandox to take over a hotel in Nuremberg, Germany, during the first quarter 2024. Strategically located near the city's historic district and central station, the new hotel will offer 311 rooms and event facilities for up to 850 people. Shared spaces will include a restaurant, a bar, a gym and a wellness area. Pandox recently carried out a major renovation of the hotel, which reopened in 2023.
