Just after 8:30 P.M. Thursday night, a Volkswagen Jetta was traveling northbound on Jericho Ave near Peter Creek Dr. The driver lost control of the vehicle and the vehicle left the roadway, striking a tree. The driver, a 19-year-old female from Plainfield TWP suffered serious injuries and was transported to an area hospital.
