DAVAO CITY- The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology-XI (BJMP-XI) is currently conducting a thorough investigation regarding the death of a PDL (Person Deprived of Liberty) inside the Davao City Jail-Male Dormitory last May 10. A PDL identified as Jerry Nick Maño, 28 years old, from Brgy.31-2, Bolton, Davao City was reported unconscious inside his cell by his cellmates.
