Sioux Lookout residents push Ontario to deliver on 2018 promise to build dozens of long-term care beds
Over five years ago, the Ontario government vowed to build 76 long-term care beds in Sioux Lookout, which serves as a health-care hub for dozens of remote First Nations. Now running out of room for everyone who needs care, the community is ramping up efforts to get the province to deliver on its promise.
