ELKINS — Jesse David Tolson, of Elkins, has admitted to a drug charge, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced. Tolson, 34, pled guilty to one count of “Possession with Intent to Distribute More Than Fifty Grams of Methamphetamine.” Tolson admitted to having more than 50 grams of methamphetamine in December 2019 in Randolph County. Tolson faces at least 10 years and up to life incarceration and a fine of up to $10 million.
