Police reports show repeated efforts by family and Roseville police to get the man accused of firing dozens of rounds in a neighborhood near Lake Owasso help over the last four years prior to Tuesday's shootout.

Roseville Police Officer Ryan Duxbury was released from the hospital on Saturday after being shot while responding to an active shooter near Lake Owasso Tuesday evening.
The 53-year-old who died after being shot by police allegedly fired dozens of shots at officers and neighboring homes.
