　　江苏建筑职业技术学院正高级工程师姜艳霞介绍，承重结构体系是房屋的安全屏障。房屋的安全跟结构设计安全可靠度有关，承重结构体系中各构件都有保障房屋可靠性的重要作用。
　　姜艳霞还告诉记者，房屋结构是个整体协调的受力机制，装修房屋只能是有条件地装饰装修，不可以拆解房屋结构组成的基本结构构件。即使是非结构构件的拆改，也应该对房屋进行结构可靠性评估后，并对拆改后可能出现的不可靠因素提出加固方案才能进一步实施，切不可莽撞拆改，以免造成不可挽回的严重后果。
　　江苏建筑职业技术学院教授、正高级工程师王军强认为，至于哪类房屋容易坍塌，既涉及设计施工运营维护，又涉及耐久性长期性等多种因素。但相比较而言，老旧的砌体结构房屋更容易倒塌。尤其是打通承重墙、扩大窗户、改变建 ....
