Confusion ensues in Florida courtroom after juror recants manslaughter conviction
A jury convicted the suspect of manslaughter after prosecutors said he broke into the victim's home, tied her up by the hands and feet, and forced her into a bathtub, where he stabbed her to death. But the jury had to take back their decision moments later after one of the jurors recanted her vote.
