We know from sheriff bizel that a Johnson County sheriffs deputy was sitting in his car, hes a k9 deputy. He was there in a car with his dog point pin to. About 30 seconds after getting out of his his car. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was expected to be released soon. As for that driver, he is in custody.
