South Windsor industrial building sells for $1.35M
South Windsor-based plumbing fixture wholesaler Halstead and Associates paid $1.3 million in November to buy its 24,000-square-foot headquarters. The 25-year-old company began leasing the industrial building at 330 Nutmeg Road five years ago, according to Jeralyn Halstead, the company’s office manager. Halstead & Associates employs nine, she said. “It just made more sense,” Halstead said of the purchase.
