"That was the first [community-led site] in the country. We were able to learn about how best to roll this out with communities. "The first thing we wanted to do was build a hub. The hub is our Civic Centre but we are really quickly building up that capacity within communities. "We have got another five sites opening in the next week. Then we are going to build from that again. "Last week, all told together, we did about 3,500, 4,000 lateral flow tests. "If you think how that starts to build up, it just shows it is really acceptable to communities.
