Upper East Side residents complain NYC neighborhood 'full of s--t'
It’s not the crime that’s driving well-heeled Manhattanites up the wall -- it’s all the other crap. Literally. Upper East Side residents are being inundated with poop left behind by inconsiderate dog owners and the “s--t” is hitting the fan.
