Untrue. really, we think this is just a coverup to conceal the actual wrongdoing by the officers committed here. jane: have you filed a lawsuit, will you be, if not yet? >> yeah, there will be a lawsuit filed. jane: and what are you asking for? >> well, we'll be asking for damages for the injuries sustained here, and the emotional trauma suffered by this young man. jane: mr. roberts, some people look at that tape over and over again and say you know what, what mr. mchena could have done, he could have walked the other way but he walked towards the officers. what's his response to that? >> well...
