Fire officials in Baltimore are announcing plans for a memorial next week for three firefighters who died after a vacant rowhome partially collapsed, trapping them inside. The Baltimore City Fire Department announced Friday that a memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Baltimore Convention Center.
