Port Huron Times Herald A Brown City man has been charged with second-degree murder for allegedly causing the March 7 traffic crash that killed another man.  James Gregory Stanich, 36, was arraigned Sunday on charges of second-degree murder, operating while intoxicated causing death and tampering with evidence.  He is being held without bond.
