Elfogatóparancsot adhat ki a Nemzeti Bűnüldözési Ügynökség (NAKA) Ján Kaľavský ellen, aki a rendőri szerven belül az oparatív egységek vezetője volt, később viszont a belügyi belső ellenőrzés beépített emberként használta, és most kulcsfontosságú tanúja a letartóztatott NAKA-nyomozók elleni vizsgálatnak. A NAKA szerint viszont kenőpénzt fogadott el, többek között a Tigris (Tiger) néven ismert Peter Petrov vállalkozótól. Utóbbit viszont nem mellesleg tanúk befolyásolásával gyanúsítják a nagy rendőrégi nyomozások kapcsán.
