Halifax councillors have raised the idea of taking the province of Nova Scotia to court, saying a controversial new bill goes against existing law.
In February, Halifax councillors voted in favour of regulating short-term rentals such as Airbnb, with the changes being implemented in September.
But his motion was ruled out-of-order.
