Mother of Cyra Harrison denied bond reduction weeks from murder trial
The mother accused in the 2018 death of her 25-year-old daughter asked to be released from jail without bail just weeks before her trial is set to start. Karen Johnson Harrison, 49, is set for an April 5 trial on felony charges of second-degree murder, conspiracy to commit second-degree murder, cruelty to the infirm and cruelty to a juvenile.
