Warning to delivery drivers across Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire
DELIVERY drivers are being warned by police to be on their guard across the Dyfed-Powys area following an attempted robbery and a theft. The warning comes after the two recent incidents saw drivers targeted while working on deliveries in West Wales. On Wednesday, December 16, a courier using a silver Vauxhall Zafira stopped to deliver a parcel in Heol Llanelli, Pontyates, Carmarthenshire. When he returned to the car, which contained other parcels, at around 1.45pm, it was gone.
