Two Ohio lawmakers miss session after family members get COVID-19
COLUMBUS – Two Ohio lawmakers are staying home from the Statehouse today after family members tested positive for the coronavirus. Rep. Jon Cross, R-Kenton, told The Enquirer that he's experienced a mild fever, fatigue and loss of smell after his wife tested positive for COVID-19. Cross took a COVID-19 test Tuesday at a local hospital and is awaiting results. "It bothers me greatly to miss votes," Cross said of missing a voting session Thursday.
