SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. â Stewartâs Shops is expanding its fuel distribution with a recent Red-Kap asset purchase. Stewartâs Shops has acquired the assets of Red-Kap, a press release from the company reported, noting that the acquired assets include eight convenience stores, four car washes and fuel distribution to more than 75 dealers, âwhich is the heart of the deal.â Stewartâs Shops will maintain the branding of the Mobil, Citgo, and Sunoco stations and will convert two of the Red-Kap locations into traditional Stewartâs Shops.
