Wrong message Published: 2/2/2021 1:05:27 PM In my opinion, it is irresponsible of The Recorder to publish photos of people (who are not in the same “pod”) in close proximity to one another not wearing face masks. For example, on the front page of the Recorder on Jan. 29, there is a large photo of U.S. Rep. Neal having a conversation indoors with Jon Schaefer at Berkshire East Mountain Resort. Both men have their face masks down around their necks. I believe that this sends the wrong message to the public. The message being relayed is: “It is OK not to wear a mask in public.”
