Arts, Beats & Eats raises $431,000 for metro Detroit musicians

The alternative festival staged this year by Arts, Beats & Eats generated some much-needed income for metro Detroit musicians struggling amid the pandemic shutdown. AB&E announced Thursday that more than $431,000 was raised for nearly 450 area artists, following a series of makeshift concerts and fundraising efforts in August and September, dubbed The Beats Go On.
