Anna Louise âAnnieâ Bierly Anna Louise “Annie” Bierly, 62, of Loganton passed away on Jan. 7, 2021 at home surrounding by her family. She was the wife of the late William Richard “Hoss” Bierly. She was born at Lock Haven Hospital on Sept. 18, 1958. She was the daughter of the late Lincoln E. and Daisy May (Mesmer) Confer. Annie was a first responder and lifetime member of the Sugar Valley Fire Company. She was a part of the ladies auxiliary. She has managed the Sugar Valley Social Club since it opened in 1996.
