The pandemic-induced trend of working from home has led to an increase in employees bullying their superiors and blackmailing their bosses for pay rises, a Queensland workplace lawyer says.
Jonathan Mamaril, a director of Brisbane law firm NB Lawyers, has been involved in industrial relations cases within local and national companies, and said the issue happened “across the board”.
