Your reaction to what barbara is reporting, this new authority that the president is likely to give to u.s. troops at the border? >> well, i think what we're seeing is what typically federal officials have around the world. whether it's personal security detachments in combat zones for key leaders, whether it's the secret service protecting the president here. whether it's armed guards at military facilities. i don't think there's anything necessarily unusual here. i'm just happy to see that we're doing this with uniform military rather than private security contractors. >> interesting point. ...
