FRANKFORT, Ky. (KT) – The five Republican Kentucky constitutional officers were ceremonially sworn into office in the Capitol Rotunda on Tuesday.
The two-year budget is the biggest task at hand for Kentucky lawmakers. But the debate Tuesday in the General Assembly centered around transparency.
Shell was sworn in at a ceremony in Lancaster, Kentucky, at the Garrard County Courthouse. He was surrounded by friends and family, including his wife and children.
