Ryder J. Berry, 21, of Farmersville Station, is charged with grand larceny 3rd. Berry is accused of stealing money from a family member at 10:15 a.m., Oct. 12, at a location on Summit Street, Batavia. He was arraigned in City Court and released under supervision. Linda L.
