A staggering new number came out about the state of the economy. a record number of foreclosures. yeah. one in every 139 homeowners received foreclosure filings last quarter. josh, there is good news. you tell us. yeah, it s kind of like we need to trudge through how ugly it is to see the good news. one thing, some states are better off than others. more equal than others. look at what we have been learning. foreclosures are soaring, 930,000 foreclosure filings in a quarter. we have never seen anything this high. look at this. bank repossessions. banks just taking over people s homes topping the 100,000 mark ....
