WARSAW — A Perry man arrested on domestic violence charges just a month after his release from jail was arraigned Friday in Wyoming County Court on an indictment charging him with new domestic-violence related counts.
Gary E. Lockwood, 51, entered a not guilty plea to felony aggravated family offense, felony criminal contempt of court and misdemeanor criminal contempt of court.
He was committed to Wyoming County Jail, with bail set at $25,000.
Lockwood was released from jail in August after serving time for repeatedly violating court orders of protection.
A month later he “made multiple contacts” with the woman who had a court order of protection against Lockwood. ....
