Exit/In: Musicians, local leaders rally outside club
Nashville musician Matt Daughtry was singing a classic from 1969 — The Band's "Up On Cripple Creek" — outside Exit/In on Wednesday afternoon, as a crowd gathered to support a musical institution that's been around almost as long. Last week, the building that holds Exit/In — a 50-year-old rock club that's among Nashville's most iconic venues — went under contract to be sold to AJ Capital Partners, a Chicago-based developer.
