Joyce Ortmeier honored as Educator of the Year

Guardian Angel Central Catholicâs third grade teacher Joyce Ortmeier was selected as Nebraskaâs rural elementary school Educator of the Year by the Archdiocese of Omaha. She is one of eight Nebraska educators honored with an educator award this year. She will be recognized at the 44th annual Archbishopâs Dinner for Education that will take place at the CHI Health Convention Center, Omaha, on Thursday, Sept. 23.
