What we're doing is when you incarcerate an ij v you're incarcerating a family. when you have an effective justice system, that has to be foremost. we have to keep families connected while parents are in prison, when mothers have junction children and need that connection. it's part of recognizing the humanity that binds all of us. we're talking about how do we treat people who broken the laws of society. how would we want to be treated? we have to always keep that in the forefront of our mind as well. >> loretta lynch, thank you very much. we're going to take a break. most people behind bars ...
