Unveiling the mechanism underlying orofacial
In animals, spontaneous orofacial movements are known to influence brain activity when expecting or acquiring rewards. However, the neural mechanisms underlying these orofacial actions have remained largely unknown. Now, a collaborative study by Fujita Health University researchers provides interesting insights underlying the mechanisms responsible for distinct orofacial movements related to reward processing in mice.
