Pierre, SD, USA / DRGNews Jul 23, 2021 | 10:09 PM PIERRE – A wild pitch by Sioux Falls West’s Jacob Mongar scored Cade Kaiser with the winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning Friday as the Post 8 Juniors won 4-3 in the first round of the Junior Class A Legion State Tournament at Hyde Stadium. Kaiser walked to begin the winning rally, stole second, then scored all the way from second on the wild pitch. Earlier, Kaiser had an RBI single.
