communist party have right here at home in academia and hollywood and wall street and our local governments. in this case, not only are they buying up our farm land, pharmaceutical supplies, rare earth minerals but also buying up or private schools and our military schools. some of which even have junior rotc programs. so this committee will shine a spotlight on things like that. i've introduced a bill today that will ban any schools that is owned by china from having a junior rotc program that is producing our future military officers. that's nothing against these kids or cadets or the teachers. but we have to appreciate when you have a school that is owned by a chinese communist party member, that then becomes a propaganda platform or has the potential to much like tik tok, much like their a tempt to buy ford and other media outlets. we need to wake up as a country
and second ril education all over florida, new york, california, from and of them have junior rotc programs so this is a double win for the chinese communist party. one they're putting confucius institutes into our elementary and high schools and having propaganda platforms to the next generation of america including our military leaders going through the rotc program and get to send their elites there at probably a reduced cost so this is a double win for them laura. this is part of the broader assault of the chinese communist party buying up america, whether it's our farm land, whether it's in our educational system, they have hundreds of thousands of students in our universities. of course we have seen the billions pouring into endowments researchers in our labs that are stealing our i.t. we have to wake up as a country.
