Wheel Pros acquires TSW Alloy Wheels Print SANTA MONICA, Calif. Aftermarket wheel distributor Wheel Pros has acquired Just Wheels & Tires Co. Inc., d.b.a. TSW Alloy Wheels, a Brea, Calif.-based designer and distributor of custom wheels focused on the luxury and off-road markets. The acquisition is Wheel Pros 11th in the past six years and eighth under the ownership of Clearlake Capital Group L.P. reflecting Wheel Pros commitment to grow the business through strategic acquisitions and add complementary product lines. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Terence Scheckter Founded in 1991 by CEO Terence Scheckter, TSW develops highly technical products with a heavy design component, producing aftermarket wheels for automotive enthusiasts who customize their cars. Among the firm s brands are Black Rhino and TSW, as well as OE-specific brands in key luxury segments.
