新华财经上海9月28日电记者日前从上海市地方金融监管局获悉，当前，资管机构参与上海市QFLP(合格境外有限合伙人)和QDLP(合格境内有限合伙人)试点的热情高涨，形成了良好局面。近日，继贝莱德、富达之后，路博迈也正式获批在中国设立外资独资公募基金公司——路博迈基金。公开信息显示，路博迈基金注册地为上海市，公司注册资本为1.5亿元人民币，由路博迈投资顾问有限公司全资持股。
