Heavy rains lash Panipat; waterlogging, traffic woes for residents
Residents of the industrial city had to face a lot of problems as heavy rains caused waterlogging in most of the parts of the city, especially on the key roads, residential colonies and the NH-44. Commuters had to spend several hours on roads to reach their destinations as the waterlogging caused traffic jams.
