Bruce Fein, the United States-based lawyer of Nnamdi Kanu, detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has filed a criminal complaint with the International Criminal Court against Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike. Fein, an international lawyer and spokesperson for Kanu, in a petition to Karim Khan, Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, in The Hague, accused Wike of conspiring with President Muhammadu Buhari to kill over 3,800 Biafrans.
