A former West Ham youth player caught up in a sting operation after a £2m Ming vase was stolen from a Swiss museum has been jailed for three years.
Former Hammers youth player Kaine Wright, 26, tried to sell the 14th Century artefact with the help of accomplices Leslie Nkhwa, 47 and David Lamming 31, a court heard.
The vase was recovered in a sting operation two years later when officers posed as buyers offering £450,000.
It took the Metropolitan police's special crime unit four years of work with Swiss authorities to bring the crime to justice.
