農家提供の食材で「おすそわけ食堂」　笑顔や喜びの循環目指す22歳

　高知県香美市香北町韮生野に「おすそわけ食堂まど」はある。民家を改装した16席の食堂に、昼は近くで働く人、夜は地元の人が吸い込まれていく。週末は子どもたちの歓声が響く。食堂を切り盛りする陶山智美さん（22）は、「おすそわけの輪が広がれば、世の中はもっとよくなるはず」と信じて、食材に向き合う。
　鳥取県出身の陶山さんは「中山間地で農業をしたい」と高知大学に進学した。しかし、実際の農家の姿を見て印象に残ったのは、形の悪さや少しの傷で廃棄される食材の多さだった。「せっかく育てた食材なのに」。思いついたのが、農家で余った食材を使った料理を出す食堂だった。
　子ども食堂の運営団体を巡るなどして、食堂の運営方法を学んだ。食材調達は身近な農家からもらう分に加え、子ども食堂 ....
