A 6 Star Green Star rated building. The Northcote Aquatic and Recreation Centre is a swimming centre that serves the Darebin City Council community. When the previous facility reached the end of its life after more than half a century service to the community, the Council decided to build a brand new, eco-sustainable centre targeting for net zero emissions.
