यूपी विधानसभा चुनाव में कानपुर-बुंदेलखंड से बड़ी संख्या में विधायकों की टिकट कट सकती है। कानपुर-बुंदेलखंड के विधायकों का रिपोर्ट कार्ड तैयार कराया गया है। बीजेपी के मानकों में फिट नहीं बैठने वाले विधायकों की टिकट काटी जाएगी।

उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा चुनाव 2022 की तैयारियों में सभी राजनीतिक पार्टियां लगी हैं। बीजेपी ने भी सत्ता पर काबिज रहने के लिए अपनी कोशिशें शुरू कर दी हैं। इसके तहत पार्टी की नजर अपने उन विधायकों पर है, जिनके कामकाज से जनता संतुष्ट नहीं है। बीजेपी ऐसे विधायकों की लिस्ट तैयार कर उनका टिकट काटने के तैयारी कर रही है। पार्टी ने कानपुर-बुंदेलखंड का रिपोर्ट कार्ड तैयार कराया है, जिसमें से दो दर्जन से अधिक ऐसे विधायक हैं, जो बीजेपी के रिपोर्ट कार्ड पर खरे नहीं उतर रहे हैं।
कानपुर-बुंदेलखंड बीजेपी का सबसे मजबूत गढ़ माना जाता है। विपक्षी पार्टियों ने इस किले को 2017 विधानसभा चुनाव और 2019 लोकसभा चुनाव में भेदने का प्रयास किया, लेकिन उन्हे हार का सामना करना पड़ा। यहां 52 विधानसभा सीटें हैं। बीजेपी ने 2017 के विधानसभा चुनाव में 52 में से 47 सीटों पर कमल खिलाया था। इसके साथ ही कानपुर-बुंदेलखंड में लोकसभा की 10 में से 10 सीटों पर शानदार जीत दर्ज की थी।
पार्टी के छवि से बढ़कर विधायक नहीं
कानपुर-बुंदलेखंड के एक क्षेत्रीय नेता के मुताबिक यह काम प्रदेश और राष्ट्रीय स्तर का है। विधायकों का रिपोर्ट कार्ड तैयार कराया गया है। रिपोर्ट कार्ड में जो भी विधायक मानकों पर खरा नहीं उतरेगा, उसका टिकट कटना तय है। पार्टी की छवि खराब करने वाले विधायकों को टिकट नहीं दिया जाएगा। इससे यह बात साफ होती है कि पार्टी की छवि से बढ़कर विधायक या नेता नहीं हैं।
सर्वे एजेंसी से तैयार करती हैं रिपोर्ट कार्ड
कानपुर-बुंदेलखंड के क्षेत्रीय मीडिया प्रभारी मोहित पांडेय ने बताया कि बीजेपी रिपोर्ट कार्ड सर्वे एजेंसी के माध्यम से तैयार कराती है। यह सर्वे एजेंसियां सभी विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में जाकर वोटरों से बात करती हैं। उस आधार पर विधायकों का रिपोर्ट कार्ड तैयार किया जाता है। इसके साथ ही गोपनीय तरीके से भी विधायकों का रिपोर्ट कार्ड तैयार कराया जाता है, जिसकी भनक भी किसी को नहीं लग पाती है।
जनता के बीच से नदारद रहने वाले विधायकों का कटेगा टिकट
सूत्रों के मुताबिक कानपुर-बुंदेलखंड के दो दर्जन से अधिक विधायकों पर गाज गिर सकती है। विधानसभा चुनाव में नए चेहरों को मौका दिया जाएगा। ऐसे विधायकों के टिकट काटे जाएंगे, जो पूरे पांच साल जनता के बीच से नदारद रहे हैं। विधायकों के कामकाज, जनता के बीच मौजूदगी, कार्यकर्ताओं और अन्य जनप्रतिनिधियों से व्यवहार के आधार पर तैयार रिपोर्ट कार्ड तैयार किया गया है।
